About Terminus 1:
Terminus 1 is busiest between the 1300-1400 hours, especially at the north entrance. At this time approximately 10000 commuters use this area. We suggest planning your journey accordingly. Between 2200-0700 hours our public areas are unstaffed, so if you require assistance , please call 0900-845-987 where our customer service team will be able to advise you.
Too make your journey as smooth as possible all entrance gates are fully automated and can be opened via the Terminus 1 app , which is downloadable on your phone.

This state of the art tour will allow you to plan your journey from the comfort of your own home.
For your safety we have security teams that operate between 0900-1700 hours to help support the busiest periods around Terminus 1.
There is also a Police office on site that is open from 1000-1600 hours weekdays.
For your safety, CCTV operates in all the main areas of the station. The CCTV control room is located off site, for any queries please phone 0880 990 999.
