Mike Revlon
Mike has been the CEO of Terminus 1 for 5 years. His previous experience includes CEO of Gloxo and assistant head of global strategy for Goldman and Lewellyn. In his spare time Mike is an avid rugby union fan and is volunteers as head coach of East Corkerdale Tigers. Mike also enjoys Scuba diving and has passed his PADI certificate. Mike enjoys mentoring budding Scuba instructors at Flippers - Wanda City's premier diving club.
Mike lives with his wife Wendy in Wanda City and is a loving father to his sons Patrick and Harry.
Mike will be delivering a key note speech at the Terminus 1 annual conference at the Rochester hotel in Bradewood City on 29/05/25.

Hester McFarlane
Hester has been deputy director of people services at Terminus 1 for 4 years. Hester has a passion for managing people and has extensive experience in recruitment. Hester is an accomplished horse rider and still finds the time to help out at Oaktree stables which is owned by her family.
Hester's resides in East Coast with her husband David and their children Kyle and Reese. She even finds time to participate and manage her local park run at eight oak tree park every Saturday.
Hester will be hosting this year's Terminus 1 birthday celebrations at our event space on the 15th October. There are only 500 places allocated for the public so please get in touch soon if you wish to participate in this event!
